I’m A Celebrity fans were feeling sorry for Lisa Riley after a ‘shady’ comment from one of her co-stars. The Emmerdale actress, 49, received the support of the public as they called out her fellow campmate snarky remark.
Viewers called out an apparent snarky remark by a fellow celeb following the decision to make the Mandy Dingle actress deputy camp leader. The slammed comedian Eddie Kadi, 42, for his apparent ‘nasty’ dig.
Ruby Wax, 72, took over camp leadership and Lisa was appointed as her number two. Angry Ginge, 24, and Aitch, 25, who had previously been camp leaders joined forces with Jack Osbourne, 40, to fight against the new hierarchy.

Ginge let his feelings be known after he accused them of “taking the mic out of me last night when I was moving out”. He said: “The welcome dances have got to go.” It comes after Ruby and Lisa’s request for him to dance while Aitch rapped after being told of their new positions.
Lisa rejected his request, replying: “No the welcome dances have got to stay.” But Ginge wasn’t having it and responded: “Well I will refuse to wash up.”
Lisa continued: “Well the welcome dances will stay, that’s the only thing I put forward as deputy …” But it led to Eddie getting involved and saying: “Hold on hold on things have changed though, the regime has changed. You are lucky to be in that position.”
And it was his last comment that appeared to hurt Lisa and got fans criticising the comedian. Lisa quickly exclaimed: “What?” before standing with her hands on her hips for the rest of the interaction.
And noticing the moment during the episode, fans took to Twitter/X to call out the comedian. One viewer wrote: “Did I mishear or did Eddie say to Lisa she shouldn’t be deputy anyway or words to that effect? She looked very hurt by what he said.”
Another responded: “Yes I thought it was quite nasty what he said to her.”
If there was to be any tension between the pair, it will have to wait, however. Eddie was confirmed as being the second celebrity to receive their marching orders. He followed Alex Scott in leaving camp following the viewers’ vote.
In his exit speech with Geordie duo Ant and Dec, Eddie admitted it was “time”. as he fled over the bridge and waved goodbye to his jungle pals. Joining Ant and Dec in the studio live on air, Eddie told them: “I’m happy and sad at the same time, I’m had I’m sappy, honestly what a great time. I’ve had such an incredible time.
“I have made amazing friends, faced some fears and to be fair, it feels very surreal to be on such an iconic show, but most of the time you forgot you were on a show.”
