Andrew Tate makes honest Jake Paul vs Anthony Joshua prediction

The controversial influencer has had his say after Jake Paul’s heavyweight showdown with the two-time heavyweight world champion was announced

Should Jake Paul come away battered and bruised from his clash with Anthony Joshua, at least he will be set for life.

That is according to Andrew Tate who has nothing but admiration for the YouTuber-turned-boxer accepting a showdown with the former two-time unified heavyweight champion. The pair are expected to meet in the middle of the ring on Friday, December 19 in Miami.

The bout will be contested over eight three-minutes rounds, with both men set to wear 10oz gloves. Regardless of the outcome, the result will indeed count on their respective professional records. Many have condemned the match-up, largely due to the huge disparity in size between both men.

Tate, though, tips his hat off to Paul. In recent times, the two families have traded barbs online, but the controversial influencer cannot help but praise the ‘Problem Child.’ “Complete respect, huge respect to Jake Paul,” he told the Stomping Ground.

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul will face off for a heavyweight clash in Miami on December 19. The fight will stream live on Netflix, which fans can get for free with Sky’s £15 Essential TV bundle, the brand’s ‘lowest ever price’ for Sky TV.

“I have nothing bad to say about Jake. Everything I was gonna say, I can no longer say. So fair play to him, he’s a brave man, he believes in himself, and I wish him and AJ a fantastic fight, and I hope they both come out without any injury, or without any problems, and without any health issues.”

While many are fearing for Paul’s health, should something go wrong in the fight, the American could walk away from the sport the following day and be set financially for the rest of his life. “For Jake, it’s retirement money, worst case,” Tate continued. “But I just hope everyone gets out of there without any physical injury, and I really do have a lot of respect for Jake… I have respect for people who do things that are worthy of respect. I harbour no hate in my heart. I wish Jake the absolute best.”

Both men are reportedly set to earn up to £70million for the controversial dust-up. Despite the concern regarding the size difference, Tate has downplayed the theories, adding: “Nah. Jake is the same size. And Jake isn’t a YouTuber. Everyone needs to stop talking like Jake is a YouTuber; Jake is a boxer. Jake has more money than 99% of professional boxers on the planet… He has dedicated himself to this sport for seven or eight years. That’s an ex-YouTuber.”

While many people are expecting a quick night at the office for Joshua, Tate remained on the fence when asked for his official prediction, stating: “I mean, I love AJ. He’s a great guy. I like Jake, he’s a great guy. I’m really hoping everyone gets out of there safe, and nothing bad happens to anybody. That’s my number one concern.”
