A flat for just £800 a month in one of the most expensive parts of London sounds like a bargain.
But for those willing to fork out the hefty sum for this one bed flat in Kennington, there is a major catch.
It comes fully furnished and the prospective tenant will be provided bed linen and towels.
Described as having a ‘brilliant shower, comfy bed and nice big living room’ it ticks all the boxes.
Just a seven-minute walk from Kennington station, there’s enough space for two.
The current owners of the one-bedroom dwellings state they’ve lived there for the past 10 years, with renovations carried out as soon as they moved in.
The listing on Open Rent said: ‘If this sounds like a good deal, you’ll get to enjoy the likes of a modern kitchen, good-sized double bedroom, living room, and even an outdoor space – a relative rarity for London.’
But a major catch is that the modern property is only available for three nights a week.

If you’re looking at staying there for longer, this would increase the monthly rent to a whopping £2,666.
The part-time let’s listing said: ‘Whole flat available for a part week let ONLY – Monday-Wednesday nights (other days negotiable eg Tuesday-Friday but only part of the week).
‘The flat is in a great location for the city and super homely. It’s off the main road so really quiet. Would suit someone who needs to be in the city part time for work!’
As they’re spending more time away from their humble abode, they’re looking for someone to live there while it’s empty for part of the week.
According to the Office of National Statistics, the average flat in the capital is around £2,118 per month.
And while this may be a steal, there’s no information about where the part-time occupants could store their belongings.
But just be prepared to find somewhere else to live for the rest of the week.
