PETER Andre has lashed out at the Snow White reboot and claimed the film is ‘putting people out of jobs’.
Disney bosses were criticised for using CGI dwarves instead of casting real actors.
The live-action remake has faced controversy in the lead-up to its release on Friday.
Peter, 52, wrote in his new! magazine column: “Disney has been involved in a bit of controversy over its new version of Snow White for things like using CGI for the ‘magical creatures’ instead of the original seven dwarfs.
“It’s important to remember that the original stories and films were very much of their time and, yes, there are definitely things that don’t sit comfortably with today’s audiences.
“I think it’s important to leave classic films as they were.

“New films can be as diverse as ever, but recreating classics and putting actors out of working for CGI is not the solution.”
The musical fantasy stars Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot as Snow White and The Evil Queen, respectively.
Lead actress Rachel previously said she believed the original Prince Charming acted like a “stalker”.
The 23-year-old also revealed she refused to sing Snow White’s song, Some Day My Prince Will Come because it was “weird”.

She added: “I was scared of the original version. I think I watched it once and never picked it up again.”
Actor Choon Tan, who has appeared on stage productions of Snow White said: “There really is nothing wrong casting someone with dwarfism as a dwarf in any given opportunity.”
Game Of Thrones actor Peter Dinklage however blasted Disney for stereotyping.
He said: “I was a little taken aback when they were very proud to cast a Latina actress as Snow White, you’re still telling the story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
“Take a step back and look at what you’re doing there. It makes no sense to me.
“You’re progressive in one way and you’re still making that f**king backwards story about seven dwarfs living in a cave together, what the f**k are you doing, man?”
Disney scaled back the usually glitzy premieres it has for its films.
Last week, the European premiere was held in a castle in Northern Spain.
