This is the dramatic moment police snared a man who kidnapped an 11-year-old girl as she walked home from school before sexually assaulting her.
Depraved predator Adam Baillie abducted the youngster, who he didn’t know, and dragged her to his home where he molested her.
The primary school pupil managed to break loose of the child abuser’s clutches before raising the alarm with neighbours, who then alerted police.
Despite her ordeal, the courageous youngster was still able to guide officers to the 39-year-old sex fiend’s lair, in the leafy suburb of Harrow, north west London.
Heart-stopping body-cam footage, released today by the Metropolitan Police, shows the moment officers stormed Baillie’s grotty home before arresting him.
The bearded pervert was cuffed on the stained stairwell of his dingy property – with video footage showing trash on the floor and a green wheelie bin on the landing.
He was jailed in January for life for kidnap, sexual assault and ABH, with a minimum term of 10 years for his attack on April 19, 2024.
He is one of 100 of London’s ‘most dangerous’ male offenders brought to justice by a crack team of Met cops seeking to stamp out violence against women and girls in the capital.
Among the other thugs convicted as part of Scotland Yard’s ‘V100’ crackdown included a Brixton drug dealer who battered his mother to death after ‘humming too loudly’, and a serial sex predator who carried out a ‘campaign of rape and attempted rape’ across London.

Deputy Assistant Commissioner Ben Russell, the Met’s V100 lead, said: ‘Every woman and girl in London deserves to feel safe, whether walking home at night, travelling on public transport, at home, or simply going about their daily lives. Yet far too many don’t feel that way.
‘We are relentlessly focused on those who pose the biggest threat, working hard to intervene before they strike again.
‘Reaching 100 convictions is an important milestone, but our work is far from over. This is about more than just statistics or crime reports. It’s about ensuring that every woman in London feels seen, heard, and protected.’
The V100 campaign sees officers using data to identify and target men who are the biggest threat to women in the capital.
Updated every month, the Met said the scheme has almost ‘doubled the risk of arrest’ for the most violent offenders, with many of those accused of rape, sex attacks and murder.
So far, 126 people have been charged with 574 offences including rape, GBH, non-fatal strangulation and attempted murder.
Baillie was deemed the ‘most significant’ success story in the new campaign, the Met said. He was found guilty at Harrow Crown Court on October 16 after being convicted by a jury.
Speaking afterwards, PC Georgia Devaney-Brighton – the sexual offences investigative techniques officer in the investigation – said: ‘Today we achieved justice for this courageous girl and I hope the severity of the sentence can provide some comfort to her and her family.

‘This was an appalling crime which sent shockwaves through the local community. This young victim-survivor has shown remarkable bravery throughout this process, her strength and willingness to work with us has been vital in securing this conviction.’
Among the other thugs caged as a result of the Met’s new campaign is convicted drug dealer Jason Phinn.
The 36-year-old beast from Bournville, Birmingham, was jailed for the manslaughter of his mother, Christie Eugene, at their home in Brixton in November 2023.
Violent Phinn had a history of criminal damage incidents relating to his mother and was given a 12-month restraining order in 2021 that banned him from seeing her.
A court heard Phinn had been high on drugs when he launched into a furious attack against his 64-year-old parent – who had been ‘humming too loudly’ – on November 2, 2023.
She was so savagely beaten that she suffered a fatal bleed to the brain and died hours later.
During his trial, the court heard how Phinn had called police after the attack, claiming he had strangled his mother.

But the operator failed to send an ambulance or alert police, with the still-conscious Christie saying she was okay.
Phinn later called 999 again to ask for police, sharing concerns about breaking his mother’s neck.
When police arrived at about 8am, they found Phinn smoking drugs next to his gravely injured mother.
Ms Eugene was taken to hospital in a critical condition, with a split lip, bruises inside her cheek and blunt force trauma to the back of her head. She died of a fatal bleed to the brain at 10pm the same day.
The exact cause of the fatal injury – the blunt trauma to the back of Ms Eugene’s head – is not known, as Phinn said he ‘blacked out’ during the incident.
But Judge Peter Gower KC claimed it was ‘more probably’ from a wall. Phinn was cleared of murder but jailed for 13 years for manslaughter.
Jailing Phinn at Croydon Crown Court, Judge Gower said: ‘Early on the morning of November 2, something happened that caused you to lose your temper. There’s no clear evidence as to what it was.
‘Your defence statement refers to your mother humming loudly and an argument ensuing. There may have been something as trivial as that. Whatever it was provides no form of justification of you behaving the way you did.
‘That blunt force trauma [to the back of her head], I am sure you are responsible for, though you have never admitted as much. Maybe because you have no recollection of it. That caused the bleed to the brain. The particular cause of her death.’
Also on the Met list is Louis Collins who was given a life sentence with a minimum term of more than 11 years for carrying out ‘a campaign of rape and attempted rape’ in London.

Collins committed the attacks – which included the rape or attempted rape of three different women between August 18 and 21 2023 – after leaving Lambeth Hospital in south, where he had been placed for previous sexual assaults.
Among the attacks included an attempting to rape a woman at knifepoint in a park and raping another woman after following her home.
Aaron Bennett, 36 of Hackney, was also flagged in the V100 list after his offending came to police attention in 2022.
Between 2022 and 2024, officers compiled evidence of persistent violent behaviour by Bennett against two women he was in a relationship with.
In August 2024, he was found guilty of GBH, two counts of non-fatal strangulation and two counts of assault in relation to the two women. He was jailed for five and a half years.
A fifth on the V100 success list is Kenneth Ebbah, from Tower Hamlets.
The 42-year-old was caged for 18 years after being found guilty of raping two women between March and November 2023.
Speaking last week about the Met’s V100 campaign, London Mayor Sir Sadiq Khan, said: ‘Violence against women and girls has no place in London and I fully support the renewed action being taken by the Met to identify and go after the most dangerous and violent predators.’
