British actress Sophie Turner and her ex-husband Joe Jonas have agreed she will return to the UK with her daughters.
The Game of Thrones star and and her singer ex-husband have been locked in a bitter transatlantic custody battle, fighting over who their two young daughters would live with after their divorce in 2023.
In January last year, it was announced the former couple had reached an agreement – but the terms have remained a mystery. Now the Mail on Sunday can reveal Turner, 29, will move back to the UK with daughters Willa, four, and Delphine, two.
Family sources say Ms Turner has been looking at schools for the girls.
During her highly publicised divorce from the US popstar, Ms Turner – who starred in ITV’s drama Joan – found love again with Peregrine Pearson, 30, son of and heir to Viscount Cowdray.
Meanwhile the Jonas Brothers frontman, who is currently single, has remained in the US but sold the £11.5million Miami home they shared as a family.
Initially, the couple stated the divorce was a mutual decision in a statement meant to shut down ‘speculative narratives’ and Jonas said they intended to share custody of their children.
But weeks later, the united front crumbled after Ms Turner sued the singer for allegedly unlawfully keeping their daughters in America, citing parental child abduction laws.

She demanded her ex-husband hand over their daughters’ passports, allowing them to join her in England.
By January last year, the couple had dropped the bitter custody battle and an agreement was reached.
The MoS can now reveal the children will spend the majority of their time in the UK with their mother and her new boyfriend.
A spokeswoman for Ms Turner declined to comment.
