Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift might have dropped a wedding hint in the Easter eggs for her new album

As Taylor Swift‘s fans forensically analyze her album announcement for extra clues, there is one hint in the video with Travis Kelce that might hold a deeper meaning.

Swift has placed several books about art behind her and Kelce for the announcement about her massively anticipated 12th album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl’.

In the 20-second clip released overnight, books on Jean-Michel Basquiat, Ai Weiwei, Ellsworth Kelly and Mark Rothko are clearly visible, as well as another on the designer Ruth Asawa.

But a book behind Swift’s left shoulder, on Casa Wabi, might be a particularly interesting clue for Swifties.

Casa Wabi is a nonprofit art foundation situated 20 minutes away from the Puerto Escondido on Mexico’s breathtaking Pacific coast. It was founded in 2014 by artist Bosco Sodi, designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando and maybe significantly, it is also used as a wedding venue.

‘We are delighted that Casa Wabi’s new book is in her video,’ the organization said to Daily Mail in a statement. ‘We would love to invite her to visit Casa Wabi and to learn all the community work we do.’

The location is stunning, with a swimming pool facing out onto a breathtaking beach with the mountains looming in the other direction.

It doesn’t advertize itself as a wedding venue but exceptions are known to be made and ceremonies have been hosted there before – including this year. Back in 2019, a wedding held at the venue even featured in Vogue.

There is an observatory on the property – also designed by Ando – which is used for wedding ceremonies. Primarily, guests are encouraged to use it as a space for meditation and reflection.

The Casa Wabi book, meanwhile, explains in depth to readers about how the foundation runs exhibitions for local artists in the Oaxaca community.

‘The Foundation seeks to create a positive and lasting impact on its surroundings through art, education, and social engagement,’ Casa Wabi said in a statement. ‘We firmly believe that direct encounters with art awaken sensitivity, spark imagination, and open new ways of relating to oneself and to others.’

Precisely what the future holds for Swift and Kelce remains to be seen but in the coming weeks and months, their focus will be on getting back to business.

More details about Swift’s new album will come on Wednesday night when her New Heights podcast appearance airs in full at 7pm Eastern Time.

Elsewhere in the preview clip, fans have spotted a number of different colored square objects in the background with ‘T.S.’ emblazoned across them, potentially referencing hugely anticiapted ‘vault’ releases to come.

It is not yet known if she plans to tour for her new release but it has been claimed before that she is planning on enjoying downtime while Kelce is focusing on football.

The 35-year-old’s hugely successful Era’s Tour did, at times, overlap with Kelce’s commitments to the Chiefs

Indeed, Swift’s album announcement comes as Kelce sharpens his focus on the new NFL season which, for the Kansas City Chiefs, starts on September 5 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, against the Los Angeles Chargers.
